Guidebook for the curriculum design, organisation of work-based learning and work-based vocational didactics for dual apprenticeship carried out in the practical training institutions. The Guidebook has been developed through the involvement of VET teachers and representatives of companies from different countries thus it comprise varied expertise and possess a high potential of transferability for any European VET provider or company aiming at apprenticeship enhancement. The Guidebook is available in English, Lithuanian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and German languages.
Adjusted VET curriculum as best practice examples to apply dual apprenticeship requirements in the practical training institutions. The adjusted curricula of 3 VET training programmes in Lithuania, Italy and Spain is a model to follow for VET providers and companies. It can be used in different EU countries with similar conditions for work-based learning seeking to adapt to dual apprenticeship requirements. The result also includes a practical and versatile tool for evaluation of VET curriculum which can be used by any European VET provider to evaluate their VET curriculum. Finally, the pilot report of the adjusted and piloted VET curricula shows both – advantages and challenges of curricula applicability. The curriculum is available in English, Lithuanian, Italian and Spanish.
Training programme and teaching-learning material for qualification improvement of VET teachers and trainers working in apprenticeship schemes executed in the practical training institutions. The result is composed of 3 parts: 1. The outline of occupational profiles of the VET teachers and trainers; 2 The training programme for VET teacher and trainer professional development; 3. Teaching-learning material for qualification improvement. The result was developed using experience of training practicians from companies and VET providers from all partnership countries. It is available in English, Lithuanian, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and German languages.
